The Decoflame® app provides remote control functionalities for the electronic Decoflame® Hybrid mist, Denver Basic, and e-Ribbon fireplaces. The application enables users to turn the fireplaces on and off, as well as adjust the flame intensity to suit personal preferences.

Users can monitor fuel levels and estimate burn time remaining at the current flame setting, offering increased convenience and planning capability. Additionally, an auto-off timer can be configured to automatically power down the fireplace after a specified period.

For those managing multiple fireplaces, the app supports seamless pairing with an unlimited number of units. Each fireplace can be activated and paired individually with ease.

Compatibility for iOS devices is contingent upon the fireplace’s build date: fireplaces manufactured after January 2015 feature built-in Bluetooth Low Energy support. If your unit predates this, it is recommended to contact Decoflame App Support to determine options for upgrading your fireplace burner.

Initial pairing requires proximity—within approximately 0.5 meters—between the mobile device and the fireplace’s control panel to ensure secure connection. The process is initiated within the app interface.
